Following qualification as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1995, Karen Taylor gained industry experience within several companies including Northern Foods plc, GUS plc, Jarvis Porter Group plc, and dabs.com plc.
During this time she became increasingly interested in developing accurate financial reporting and strengthening business / accounting systems and controls in order to identify and act on key performance indicators, drive out inefficiences and maximise profits and cash flows.
The natural progression was to create Taylored Accountancy Services in order to help business owners manage successful businesses by understanding and using the best financial tools and information available to them.
Taylored Accountancy Services is based in the Goole and Selby area but the services we provide stretch across Yorkshire and are available throughout the whole of the Uk and abroad.
Since its inception, Taylored Accountancy Services has developed to the point where a new member of staff has been appointed. Paul Clarke is currently studying for his accountancy qualification and has many years experience in a maintenance / production and manufacturing environment, having worked for British Rail, Burgess Supafeeds and BOCM Pauls Ltd.
